2nd-home & primary-home owners need services that Property Managers don’t do well. 2nd-home owners want:

1] To enjoy their property without bearing the hassle of: maintenance, repairs, hiring/firing contractors, cleaning, landscaping, etc.

2] Occasional help with things like: retrieving packages from porch (& mail from mailbox), trash cans to street & back, letting the internet tech in to fix the wifi, general checkups to be sure the doors are locked and lights are off and nothing is leaking.

3] Specialty concierge-type needs as they present (ie: can you provision our refrigerator for us before our arrival).

4] Someone trustworthy to call/text/email day or night to help solve a property issue.
